1. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not given prior notice (a “no-show”), you will be charged 100% of the total appointment fee.
This charge reflects the loss incurred by reserving appointment time specifically for you, which is unlikely to be filled at short notice.
2. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
If you arrive so late that we are unable to carry out the appointment, this may be treated as a no-show, and the full appointment fee may be charged.
3. Payments
By making a booking, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Any decision to waive a cancellation or no-show fee is entirely at our discretion.
5. Acceptance
By confirming your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
